You’re on Starter ($29/mo), 15 days into your billing cycle, and upgrade to Premium ($99/mo):

  • Prorated charge: ~$35 (half month difference)
  • 50,000 Premium credits added immediately
  • Next full charge: $99 on your regular billing date

What happens when you downgrade

  • Takes effect at period end: You keep your current plan until your billing date
  • Feature access continues: Use Premium features until the switch

Subscription FAQ

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

We don’t currently offer pause functionality. You can cancel and resubscribe when needed—your credits remain in the meantime.

What happens to my credits if I cancel?

You keep them! Credits never expire, whether from subscriptions or purchases.

Can I get a refund for my current month?

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you keep access until the end of your billing period.

Will I lose my data if I cancel?

No. Your account, validation history, filters, and API keys remain intact.

Can I change plans in the middle of the month?

Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.

What if my payment fails?

We’ll retry the charge a few times. Your account continues working during retries. If payment can’t be processed, your subscription will be paused.
