Email Validation

How does email validation work?

We offer two types of email validation:

  • MX Validation (1 credit): Verifies domain existence and mail server configuration
  • SMTP Validation (5 credits): Advanced check that simulates sending an email without actually sending one

What's the difference between MX and SMTP validation?

MX validation checks if the email domain is valid and can receive emails. SMTP validation goes further by verifying if the specific email address exists on the mail server. SMTP is more accurate but uses more credits.

How accurate is the validation?

Our validation process includes multiple checks:

  • Syntax validation (email format)
  • Domain existence check
  • Mail server verification
  • Custom filter application
  • Duplicate removal

How long does validation take?

Processing time depends on the list size and validation type. MX validation is faster, while SMTP validation takes longer but provides more accurate results. Premium users get priority queue processing.

What is email filtering?

Email filtering is an additional feature that helps maintain list quality by automatically marking certain emails as invalid based on your criteria.

What types of filters are available?

We support three types of filters:

  • Email filters - Block specific email addresses
  • Domain filters - Block entire domains
  • IP address filters - Block specific IP addresses (Premium feature)

Credits System

How do credits work?

Credits are used to validate emails. The cost depends on the validation type:

  • MX validation: 1 credit per email
  • SMTP validation: 5 credits per email (Premium feature)

Do credits expire?

No, your credits never expire. You can use them at any time.

How can I get more credits?

You can get credits in several ways:

  • Monthly subscription credits
  • Purchase additional credit packs
  • Free welcome bonus credits

Billing & Payments

How does billing work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly and include a set number of credits. You can also purchase additional credit packs at any time.

Can I change plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Your existing credits will remain available.

Refunds & Cancellations

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair:

  • Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable but can be cancelled anytime
  • One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable
  • All unused credits remain valid and can be used even after cancellation
