By accessing TrueMail.app, a product of WorkersLab LLC ("we", "us", "our", "WorkersLab", or "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

2. Use License

WorkersLab LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our service for email validation purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Modify or copy our service's source code
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Transfer your account to another party
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any portion of the service

3. Service Terms

  • You must provide valid payment information for paid plans
  • Credits expire according to our credit policy
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time
  • Technical support is provided according to your subscription plan

4. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Refund Policy

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms:

Subscription Payments

  • Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • Any unused credits remain valid and can be used after subscription cancellation

Credit Packs

  • One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable
  • Credits never expire and can be used at any time
  • Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely

Refund Requests

  • We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in cases of technical issues preventing service delivery or billing errors
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date
  • All refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with relevant account details
